Congratulations to Margaux Lemaître, who has been promoted to Chef of Le Poerava, the gourmet restaurant of the resort. Its opening is due on June 1st, 2021, for the high season.
Passionate about gastronomy, she has worked for great chefs such as Alain Ducasse, and joined us as Sous-Chef at the Otemanu restaurant when the resort reopened.
After several months with us, she is now working on the very first menu of the hotel's gourmet restaurant. She will therefore soon be able to introduce you to her refined culinary universe enriched by our local products!
