NEW F&B DIRECTOR
For the past 17 years, Jackson has worked his way up the F&B department at Le Bora Bora by Pearl Resorts. He started as a pool boy in 2003 and has held various positions such as a bartender, bar manager, maître d’hôtel, restaurant manager, and F&B assistant.
He also seized the opportunity to work in another resort of the Pearl Resorts Collection, the 5-star hotel in Taha'a and first Relais & Châteaux member in French Polynesia.
With all this experience acquired in F&B, he was recently promoted to F&B Director!
