After a childhood spent in various countries as the son of a diplomat, an attraction for management, a taste for others, and the pleasure of evolving in beautiful architecture, Laurent Le Seac'h naturally turned towards hotel management after his baccalaureate. To ensure a complete training, he attended a hotel school in Nantes and obtained a master's degree from a business school in Toulouse.
After starting his career as a valet at the Lucien Barrière Group, he moved on to hotel management, first as Executive Assistant for the Accor Group in France, then as Deputy General Manager for the Iberostar Group in Morocco, Tunisia, and Hungary, and finally as General Manager for the Les Hôtels Particuliers Group in France.
He joined Le Bora Bora by Pearl Resorts to continue to travel and discover the world and its cultures while practicing a job he is passionate about.
His experience in several 4-star and 5-star establishments, from 20 to more than 470 rooms, in different countries, and sometimes in singular contexts like the Tunisian revolution allowed him to develop a versatile profile and a certain creativity in solving the difficulties he faces on a daily basis.
He hopes to discover the French Polynesia that made him dream when reading the travelogues of Eric Tabarly and Olivier de Kersauson.
