Rebooking and Cancellation Policy All cancellations shall be notified in writing at the email address: reservations@pearlresorts.com • Bookings modified or canceled 14 days or more before the scheduled arrival date at the resort: no penalty • Bookings modified or canceled between 14 days and 24 hours before the scheduled day of arrival: a 1-night (plus applicable taxes) cancellation fee will be charged • Bookings canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date at the resort or during the stay or in case of no show will be charged in full.
