Cancellation and Postponement Policy:
- All modifications and/or cancellations must be made in writing to: reservations@pearlresorts.com
- Bookings modified or canceled 15 days or more before the scheduled arrival date at the resort: no penalty.
- Bookings modified or canceled between 14 days and 24 hours before the scheduled day of arrival: a 2-night (plus applicable taxes) cancellation fee will be charged.
- Bookings canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date at the resort or during the stay or in case of no show will be charged in full. Same conditions for shorter stays.
